i launched into Haggerstone island . . . . by boat from Hicks Island after a 2 hour 600klm flight out of Cairns . .

. . Haggerstone is hard to get to and probably hard to get off.

The crime convention sent was drying up . . when i received another cell phone message - "Tyrone is waiting for you in the kwila hut" - somebody had my measure but who were they and what was their problem.

The family run island appeared abandoned - as i glanced back the drop off boat seemed to be taking in water as the 2 crew hurried to beach the boat. 2 oriental travelers were positioned on the jetty as the sinking craft with a taught tie rope dragged the timber pear into the turquoise waters.

Just as one tourist became impaled on a splintered hardwood pier slat an explosion on starboard engulfed the beleaguered crew - flaming torsos hit the water with one seaman smashing face first into a slightly submerged coral reef festoon.

As i considered my options large manta rays moved in on the bodies - another sms hampered my thinking - Tyrone was waiting.

I gave the remaining oriental my back up phone and headed for answers at the kwila hut - Tyrone was the only lead i had.

Everything in the hut was kwila except the bed sheets - Tyrone was here - he had himself positioned like a half open pocket knife underneath the fly canopy - reclining in silk - i was sickened. I reached for a handy spear gun and aimed at his 5th appendage - in retort, "you look like you have been taking volume pills - supply answers because at this stage i haven't been taking my HERSOLUTION". Tyrone, if that is who he was emerged from his slippery manner and lunged.
